Does LMC really not carry doors for our trucks? I was on line looking at their catalog and it wasn’t a drop-down item in the menu. I thought maybe it was just a glitch in the matrix...

That's odd, but in all honesty, you'd be better off sourcing a set of used factory doors instead. The import repops have always had a rep for not fitting very well, if not outright poorly. I would think that on your side of the world, there should be more rust free stuff than I see up here. Shouldn't be too hard to find. The repop doors are a lighter gauge of steel too. I would do everything I could to avoid using them.

Try some local junkyards to find used doors.

If I were going to use a repop I would probably go with AMD and order it from a body shop. While you are there ask them for a quote to install the new doors and rebuild your hinges. They might cut you a deal and save you having to screw around with freight charges.
