I seen some door panels sprayed with rustoleum bed liner. They looked really good in the pic. I'm redyeing mine so I was wondering, has anyone ever done this and then shot the dye over them? Mine are worn smooth on top and I thought this would give them a uniform look.

I would wonder if it'd stay stuck on we used some rustoleum eroll on bedliner in the bed of dad's 84 and it didn't stick. It was sanded with 220 and wiped with grease/wax remover still flakes off.

I've used the spray can "bedliner" on dash pads before. It sucks as a bedliner, but works great on the pads. I've always wondered how it would look with color on top. Let us know how it goes if you try it.

The other forum I was on had it in their $50 things to do your truck. From what I understood it had been done awhile and was holding up. It looked real good, they had done them in black. I was going to try gray so it would cover easier. I've seen it on dash pads also.

I may have to try this deal with the bed liner. I dyed one of the panels today and you can see alot of imperfections, and thats after sanding, scuffing and you name it. I'll try it on 1 and see what it looks like, got to get more dye first.
