Door Hinge Assembly Replacement

Hello,

I am about to replace all (4) door hinge assemblies on my 1978 K20 with new assemblies from LMC. I have researched the removal/installation process. Has anyone done a full replacement without removing the front fenders? Is this even possible?

It's possible if they line up the same, and they likely will not. After the door is on access is poor. I believe at the factory, doors were attached to the cab and lined up with the B pillar. Then the fenders were aligned to the doors.
