Carb to TBI swap

I picked up a 1988 Suburban TBI 350 and I am wanting to swap the TBI set up on to my 78' GMC that has a mildly built carbed 4-bbl (that I am tired of messing with) 350 in it. Who here has done it, how hard is it to do, and where can I find an adapter plate? I can't find one any where! Thanks for all of the input

1987-90 454s have an adapter plate stock. Seen many of those in the yards.

no they bolt up to a regular qjet manifold.
