Can someone tell me what style rear bumper and what year range these fit?

They look like sport bumper brackets. They will fit either 73-80 or 81-87 bumpers and they will fit 73-87 trucks. The difference is the contour stamped into the bumper as to which year bumper will fit them.

Cool, thanks for the info. I purchased them with the understanding that they were 73-87 sport bumper brackets but was told by someone on another forum that they were 67-72. I have not bought my bumper yet and wanted to make sure before I ordered it.

Any way to tell which year they will fit without having a bumper?

It will fit the contour of one of these two types of sport bumpers.
#1 or #2

Did some research and found numbers on the brackets. 6274027 & 6274028. Shows they are for an 81 & up stepside. The search is back on for brackets to fit my 77 fleetside.

Mine for my 77 stepside are just a solid one piece piece of steel.with a slight bend .

These look like step bumper brackets.

They are was just showing how they differ. But if all else fails cant he fab a set of em.
