So i had sunlight coming thru the rear window channeling and decided to repair it the right way.. Thing is what do ya recommened, to fix this rust/hole? The local u pull it doesnt allow saws or torches so a donor cab isnt fond of and many arent around a 55 mile radius.

Nick,

Just a heads up on the images you posted. This is how your post appears:

For the past few weeks Google Chrome has been denying access to certain (actually a lot of) sites. When Chrome users attempt to visit one of these particular sites, the link is dead-ended and the following message appears. Apparently Tapatalk is on the blacklist:

No access to tapatalk via IE either.

I'd like to cut out the secution from a donor cab and weld on mine but even that is an issue. I was thinkn so 1/8" angle iron and 18ga sheet metal. Also the previous owner swapped this cab already bout 2 yrs ago, i just got the truck 1.5yrs ago. And its kist that area, the rest of cab is prestine.

Well guys i cut out the rust and started welding the strips of metal to imitate the original window sill. So far it looks fair and with some body filler or fiberglass, would look decent. I'll post in the am as its dark out now but would like to see what ya think..
