Tried searching but BBC was too short of search word.

What is the best fitting BBC headers? Long tubes. Preferably some kind of coating or stainless steel. Need 4x4.

I have been searching for the same. Not alot of reviews on BBC Headers on here that I have found or very much anywhere else for that matter. I have found some good reviews on Hooker Headers, but part # for are trucks say with TH 400 trans crossmember must be moved back 2 inch. Mine is for daughters truck with th 400. From what I have been reading Hooker headres for a Chevelle fit better than the one for our truck. I can not say that cause I haven't tried them.
Currently Looking at Sanderson Headers. I have read some good reviews on them with pic's. Part # BB8 they have them in ceramic coated as well. This are not long tube headers, more like mid length. No gaskets needed is what they advertise. I think if I remember correctly that they have 5 year warrenty as well.

My '79 K30 has basic Hedman headers on it, they fit very well. Never looked, but I bet they offer them in fancier coatings like the SB headers.

When I stuck a BB in my 84 C10, I used Hedman headers that were meant for a Nova. They fit very very well and tucked up high, but did require a slight trim to the driver side engine mount and I also had to tweak the th400 shift linkage.

I have the Sanderson BB8 headers on my Vortec7.4 in my 87 R10, they fit well and seal good with no gaskets. I did make my own 3" collectors for my exhaust since they come with 3" to 2 1/2" collectors.
