OK, I dont know what the names of the little speedo adapters is called.
Them small pieces, with a lug on one side of the round part and the little square of the other end fits into the 90* adapter.
On the other end of the 90* adapter, there is a small plastic piece{might be steel on some} that has a lug on one side and round to fit onto the 90* adapter and, on the inside it is square, so the speedo cable can fit into it.
If anyone knows what these little adapters is called, please let Me know their names, I can then enter it into a search and possibly find them.
If someone has a set of them and would be willing to part with them, let Me know for how much so, I can send You the money and You could send Me the set, or one or the other of them pieces.
I found one part that I could make work, for the transfer case to 90* adapter, with a bit of grinding/filing but I dont know what to do about the 90* adapter to the speedo cable.
Here is a pic. of the pieces I have. The long one was what was in the T-case to adapter, it is home made and a very poor job of that.
The other smaller one is the one I could grind the flats on to make it square but, I`d rather have the original equipment pieces.
HELP !!!!!!!!

I'm dumping that POS for a TH350, so no problems at all. Here's what I've got, sounds like it's exactly what you need:
