You've been resetting the ECM religiously whenever you switch them out?

Yes, does it normally take some time for it to adjust to a new part?

It's my understanding that an IACV will need a break in, but I've never heard of that for a MAP sensor. All I can suggest is to check MAP voltage at the ECM with it plugged it in. It's pin C11, and you should be able to prove it at the back of the connector with ease.

I'll check it this weekend. I know I have checked it at the sensor connection and its getting correct voltage, unless something is loose somewhere and loses connection , who knows, thanks.
