I have owned this truck since 1977, restored it in 1991, time to do it again one more time .
this truck came from the factory with dual exhaust, NO catalytic converters, dual 20 gal fuel tanks that burned leaded gas. the 1st picture of the truck is several years back, 2nd is 2 years ago, engine picture is recent will update process as I go. - Robert

What are the tentative plans?

Complete restoration ( before I get too old to do it). I`ve been collecting parts for many years, have a cab in garage that has been sandblasted, new floors, new carpet, new NOS parts, Engine on stand, going to rebuild 700R4 trans that I switched to years ago. I will post pics as I go, glad I found this forum.

Pro Comp. , came with big valves, fully assembled, under $ 1000 shipped to me. engine is .060, 10 to 1 compression, balanced, air gap Performer Intake, 750 cfm carb. I post pics of progress

Sounds like a good package, just keep your eye out for coolant leakage on the heads, those castings are not the best, just so you're aware..
