74 3/4 ton manual, no reverse lights.

did 74's come with reverse lights? my truck doesn't so I'm curious.

It doesn't have the little clear squares on the taillights?

I thought the back up lights showed up on the trucks in '68 or '69. I would think all the squares would have them

It does but they don't light up in my truck. It is a manual btw.

Then it was equipped with them. I'm with @CSFJ check your switch on the trans and rear harness and your bulbs.

I just noticed the reverse lights in my '88 silverado stopped working the other day. I suppose I should put those on my todo list this weekend too.

Lol funny how that works.....while your in there do the shiny aluminum tape mod. If you haven't seen I did it to Willy and showed the comparison, well worth the $7 tape and hour it took. @B.K. Cunningham as well while your in there.

I'll have to remember that. This is one of the gmt400 trucks with that ******* circuit board that the bulbs plug into. I should move it up the priority list as it's got another minor light issue that needs sorting before winter. It's a secondary vehicle though, so about the only time I think about it is when it acts up.
