About to dive into another restoration, and was trying to find a good reference image for a 73 column shift lever on a non tilt column. The knob has long been snapped off but for some reason it kind of seems different than my 79, and 87 (obviously). Any pictures would be a huge help

You want the knob or the toothed part that goes into the column?

So I figured out why this janky lever looks different... it’s cuz the knob snapped off the flanged part of the lever. I’d be needing both to be honest. Specifically non tilt if there’s a difference in the detent pattern

@John Nes,

Straight from the '73 factory maint. manual which is what i use to work on my '74. There's little to no difference between the two. I always have to do everything the hard way and I took pics right off the page of the book. If anyone can help this guy out by going to a site and cut and paste, do that for him. I lack the computer skills. Here's all I've got. This first one is the standard column.

And the next one is the tilt column.
