700r4 Park shift & grind

Totally rebuilt tranny. Randomly grinds (quick second worth of time) into gear when shifting into Park (bout 3x in a month). Now yesterday wouldn't hit Park...started Rollin down incline. So ran shifter thru gears then back into Park. Still kept rolling. Parked on flat spot, drove a few miles, parked on incline again and it was fine
