Hi,
at the moment I try to get all parts together for my Project C20 Suburban 454
I want to swap to a 4l80e Transmission but keep the original Speedometer and Cruise Control.
I did find 2 ways: Abbott Cable-X Speedo drive unit or swap the rear housing for a Shiftworks Housing with Speedo drive.... I would prefer a mechanical part since I did read mixed reviews from the Cable-x unit, but $625 is a lot of money for such e simple part...
Any other ideas? Has someone experience with Cable-X box?
