Just found you guy's.Thanks for the add. Old motor head getting back into building something. Had this 87 V10 SB Silverado sitting in the garage for 10 yrs. Barn find and could not pass it up too build some day and the time has come. Body has nice patina but missing trim in spots,frame solid, some minor rust through on the missing band that runs around the cab ,floor and corners good. Gonna build the running gear with new parts , ie u-joints, ball joints, seals and gaskets, shocks (Skyjacker 7000) which I have , springs 2-3" lift, 33x12.5 15 BF M/T's (which I already had), fuel pumps,brakes ,rotors, drums,rebuild the calipers, new wheel cylinders, chipped ecu ,and minor work the 305. (81 heads, 262 int,272 exh duration , 420 int 442 exh lift cam ,long tube headers , 2 1/2" exhaust, new radiator, condenser, serp brackets with ac comp,alt,and p/s pump Trans go shift kt and add a Vett servo?Clean up interior (dash is crap).I will be a noob asking questions but I hope with my old car knowledge 47 years in wrenching ,I hope I can help answer some questions too.
