    In Need of Some wisdom

Be careful when welding those holes on the rear of the cab. My previous owner I'm assuming did the same thing with the speakers so when I went to weld the holes it was hard not to burn bigger holes in the cab even on te lowest heat setting.

    Would it work?

I figured out the lengths to cut and where to cut so I measured it and taped it so I'd have straight consistent lines however I've ran into a problem I believe. Once I got to the bottom I realized that the bottom would not line up excuse it slopes in the back or I don't think it will. I've...

    Would it work?

I've searched and searched for where and how much to cut I haven't found them so I'm just going to have to measure dozens of times and cut once. I picked the truck up Saturday for 300$ and tonight we got it unbolted and ready to take off with the engine lift.

    Would it work?

It's not as simple as just cutting the front I believe you have to cut a couple sections out of it

    Would it work?

So I've ran into a slight problem midway through my build. I currently got a 76 k10 single cab shortbox the problem is I need a new box and I can't get aftermarket box sides in Canada so I went looking for a donor truck. I found a 85 c10 single cab long box for 350$ with a good condition box...

    Expanded cab?

So I'm redoing my cab corners, floor, rocker panels and floor supports this summer. I've been trying to mock my rocker panel into place but its wont fit due to its shortness. I also forgot to brace my cab when I cut them out so I'm thinking that the cab expanded when I cut my rocker out. Any ideas...

    Hidden fuel tank filler door?

Or just a really strong hinge in general I'm just trying to think of one that's strong and not very big but the camaro license plate hinge would do the trick.

    Hidden fuel tank filler door?

With the purchase of a new truck bed coming very soon the bed sides don't have square fuel filler doors which I prefer. So that has me wondering has anybody ever relocated their filler door anywhere else for there gas tanks? Any ideas would be great thanks.

    Painting

As the summer comes up I plan to paint my truck with the help from some friends and the autobody shop for help if needed. Sanding will begin after schools done and the new bed sides are in. I'm wondering what would be the best approach for paint the back of cab and the front of the bed. Should I...

    Toolbox cooler

As its nearing summertime I was pondering the idea of a cooler in my toolbox. I'm not sure how I'd go about it I think I'd want it removable but yet when it's in it looks like its supposed to be in it. So has anybody seen this done this or made one of these any ideas or support would be great...

    Canadian question, for shipping

There's a company called crosscanadaparts that supply all body panels and patch panels you need. That's where we ordered mine from and I'm in Alberta there kind of pricey but since we own a mechanic shop we got them at cost. Other wise check out kmstools they carry some stuff too also if you do...
