    Mine are hooker headers too but I dont know the model they're the long type I bought em off a friend before he PCSed to Florida. I know the 1990's Chevies had the sensor up top that did both these jobs.

    I have a 1988 K5 Blazer and I put headers on it... This jimmy rig is not working its leaking even with plumbers tape/teflon... Its already failed me once before coming back from my drill weekend. I replaced the bell again on this with the arm and it still leaks. So this system really sucks...

    Heh.... I used to drive for 30mins and reach the boonies and mountains. 10 minutes for the beach... I miss my brother whos a cop in CA and my friends. Thats about it and the weather was nice. I prefer freedom though and Missouri is my new home I appreciate. Yeah its too bad they stopped at 1975...

    Well the fly wheel is on it still and the teeth look good on it. I will take pictures when I have the bloody things on a stand for all to see! I wanna see if I can get video too. I should get one of those flip cameras.

    irishman99 My valve covers are different on the motor I am installing in my truck soon. I have decided to not replace the fly wheel and head gaskets because it runs fine! Why fuck with it? Just gonna do the intake TBI switch...

    Central Coast area my home town is Arroyo Grande. Its out near San Luis Obispo which is also close to Pismo state Beach. We have beaches we can go 4x4ing in I did it in my truck a couple times only because sand is so bad... It was fun though.

    Mine has Knock sensors and my intake will just bolt right on. Good idea about the fly wheel. Thats why Im gonna do the head gaskets too.

    Hes pissed I didn't consult with him more hes 60 years old. Hes bought used motors before and never had any luck. He just thinks im totally dumb and he and I think differently when we work on vehicles. I am just glad I do not live under his roof anymore. Hes so pissed he says hes not helping me...

    Its a not just that pilots do things they are not supposed to do on these old and aging aircraft. Lots of strains and forces compromise the structural integrity of the airframe. I cannot talk about repairs but its really just like auto body work.
