    does anybody have a wiring diagram for the distributor alternator on an 86 half ton suburban with a 350. i need to know what colored wires do what. i really need this and cant seem to find it with searching on my own. thanks

    rear end swap

    i have a 1/2 ton 86 suburban for parts that i am wondering if i can swap the axle into my girlfriends 89 1/2 ton chevy truck. what im wondering is the axle width the same. or how off is it. are the spring perches the same distance apart? will the shock mounts line up? thanks in advance

    what front axle?

    i have a 1985 gmc camper special and i cant figure out what front axle i have for sure. its an 8 lug with manual lock outs. i looked on the internet and cant find a vin decoder to go back this far without having to pay. with some searching i found it should be a dana 60 i know its a 14bolt FF...
