    Its a Aeromotive electric pump mounted at the tank.With their matching filter,8AN push lock hose and fittings.1050 cfm Quickfuel carb,Quickfuel regulator (I don't turn the pump on until the engine fires) 2 Napa Legend batterys mounted in bed.(Don't remember the cranking amps) I don't know...

    Yes, its got 40degrees of timing in it, and the dist is locked out. It don't have an advance on it anymore. Has a 1050 cfm Quickfuel carb, no choke. Big dome pistons,zero decked and heads milled. 15:1ish compression Big block Has a 4hp gear reduction starter, And its not let us down yet...

    Trying to get some info on MSD box's. I was getting ready to just order a MSD starter saver, but have read some boxes have it built in. My timing is locked at 40 degrees + high compression big block.. Even have about the best starter money can buy, Running 2 batterys. Still have trouble...

    No need for a new driveshaft, you just need the bastard joint. I think its a S44 part number. Its pretty common swap.

    Rebuilt motor brought truck in for exhaust work died on the way home...

    If you just rebuilt it, And its already ate a rod bearing. Its going to need to be pulled apart, and that rod and crank will have to be inspected and measured.

    You'll have to cut the out, to stop it from going on.Once you cut the rust out, you'lld have to prep and cover it with something. I've seen people prep/prime and glue the two panels together, Rivit them together and give it a few days to set up, and grind/blend everything together. Maybe not...

    Fresh big block with low oil pressure at idle.

    You should be able to create oil pressure without the lifters in the block. I wouldn't do anything till i put a mechanical gauge on it. Even if you just put the gauge under the hood and start it and watch it.. If the oil pressure don't come up, then you infact do have a problem...
