    Here I removed these two small connectors from the bulkhead connector. It looks like front brown running light wire is in one harness and rear brown is in another. I pulled my h/l switch and the fuse still popped. So now my bad wire is somewhere between the h/l switch and the bulkhead connector...

    I cut the fuel pump wires and the fuse did not pop this time. So I ordered a whole new pump/sending unit assembly. I do not know what 2 wires I cut yesterday, I think they went to the transfer valve... going to have to splice those back together when I pull the bed off to change pumps.

    fyi it is a dually so I have the 5 roof lights that I think are serviced by the front 9 BRN and the rear fender lights that I think are serviced by the rear. I have all the light bulbs out.

    I was thinking of removing the rear leaf from the shackles on both sides, then I can drop it about 4"s or so, would that give me enough room with an angle grinder and a saws all? Im at work for a couple days without the truck so I can't even preplan right now until I get home to take a closer look.

    I did not want to have to c notch the frame or cut the bed for the pumpkin. A flip kit on my truck is about 8" i think, I just wanted 5-6. As it is now I do not hit the frame even when towing my boat.

    Adding relays to headlights.

    My 89 has the mini quad set up I think. 2 small side by side headlights on each side for a total of 4. I do not know which of these kits to go with, but I do plan on swapping my oe lights with sealed H4 lights.
