manual hub conversion problems

Anyone ever have issues putting the manual hub back in the hub itself? These parts.

No, but make sure to push the axle shaft forward from the back. Sometimes they slide and your can't install the retaining clip.

No it was a full time 4wd axle that I cleaned up and added new ball joints axle u joint, then converted to manual hubs. Problem appears to be because the spindle was turn forcing axle to be not on center.

the axle should have a little slop in it. you should be able to move the stub axle around. you should start the hub on axle then move the rotor as you push the hub in. highdesertranger
