Our dept's grass rig is a '77 and has less than 50,000 miles on it and the brake pedal is wore out. Guess thats what you get when your in and out and ride the brakes when in use.
Thats what I put in my truck, I used the top right spot in the fuse box for the constant power. Works just fine for me. Red wire for ignition switch and yellow wire for constant power. Was the first time I put in a deck in any vehicle ane I got it to work right so anybody should be able to do it!!!!
My 87 doesnt have an orange wire anywhere coming out of the fuse box. The battery connection was the very top right spot in the fuse box. The po took out the cig lighter as well as the horn wire when he put one the aftermarket steering wheel.
I dont have a constant power wire for the radio in my truck. Was the old dual knob style radio. So my question is for my cd player I put in can I get constant power from the fuse box that wont drain the battery? Or any other place that is easy to get to.
Thats what i started to try to do was chip the last of what was left of the heads but didnt want to make a mess of it if it broke. The top 2 hold it in just fine but have a set of new housings and lenes from a buddy that I was going to put in. There isnt enough left of the heads to try much.
Any ideas on how to get the bottom screws out on the taillight housings that have been mutilated by the po? There isnt even heads left on them.
Thanx much fellas.
I have had them in garages and they work great. My buddies all have them in their shops and have no problems. Most use them only to heat up vehicles or whatever when they pull in from the cold. They all have corn or pellet stoves as well now.
The shops we have at work all have them as well...
