    90 Burb brake lights out

Turned out the blinker bulb I replaced didn't stay tight in the socket and a 15amp fuse and all lights are functioning and the dash light went off.

    90 Burb brake lights out

I rented a Uhaul trailer Wednesday with my 90 half ton 4x4 Suburban, at the pickup all lights were functioning, 5 minutes from home the brakes dash light came on. Now my brake lights are out and the rear passenger blinker bulb burned out. I replaced that but it only works when the headlights...

Thanks guys that pretty much sets me straight. Once the 350 gives out I will have it rebuilt to be stronger. Hopefully it makes it to 300k.

90 Suburban half ton 4x4 engine swap

I know this will probably rub some members the wrong way but I was wondering if 99 Didge V10 could be swapped into my 90 Suburban. I have had the Dodge since new with 139k on it it runs great. PENNDOT took care of the body and it is really rusted out. I don't know if the body is with saving...

    Washer nozzle 90 Suburban?

I haven't had a chance to try the back pressure to clean the nozzles. I disconnect the hose at the nozzle and let it flow out like a garden hose! I might try to find a different nozzle to and add it to the hose on the arms.

    Washer nozzle 90 Suburban?

Does anyone know a source for the washer nozzles on a 90 Suburban? They are built into the arm. LMC doesn't carry them and a Google search says zippo. Passenger side takes a weak leak and the driver side just won't flow. I just changed the pump so I know it's working. Thanks Tom

    Surging Idle: Thinking out loud

Surge fixed My 90 4x4 350 1500 with 198,000 would ping like crazy, lurch at stoplights, sputter, stall when put in gear quick and wouldn't climb hills. I had it to a Chevy dealer and they changed avac line and said their tech road tested it and it's fine. It wasn't. I took it to the...

What have you done to your square lately??

I am taking it to the dealer because service said they can work on the 350 TBI. Also need the tranny leak fixed. Hoping they can set it up to stop the constant detonation.

What have you done to your square lately??

Seafoamed My 90 1500 4x4 has been knocking and pinging like an old Benz diesel. Under and load it sounded like crap and ran the same. Headed out to the lake in western PA last weekend it couldn't climb the hills eas of state college and I almost caused a pileup as it went from 75 on flat ground...

    Smoke smell from rear AC

Had my 90's AC recharged and iis blowing nice and cold from and rear execrablbut the rear ouputs out a smoky smell. Almost like an electing fire. Are the blowers susceptible to failures or fires. Not using it for obvious reasons.

Fix Slamming Doors - Striker Door Latch Repair

No more door slamming 90 Brbn That was genius! I bought a length of blue today at Home Depot and with my pvc pipe cutters was able to cut clean lengths. It also worked great to cut the clean slit. My doors close like a brand new truck! The doors shouldn't rattle in the frames like they have...
