White is usually coolant entering the combustion chamber.Pull all the plugs and check for coolant. Use a pressure tester and check to make sure the system will hold pressure. Its possible coolant could be leaking from the intake and drawn into one of the ports.
Make sure the check valve on the booster is working correctly. The pedal should be hard with the engine off, then with pressure on the pedal, start the engine and the pedal should drop slightly.that is the procedure to check the booster. If everything checks ok but the pedal still goes to the...
Thank You very much for the wiring pictures.I did find the wire that runs to the rear blower motor. It’s a pink 8 gauge wire that enters in a hole above the kick panel on the drivers side, and runs along the roof just like the picture shows. As soon as I disconnected it , the fuse stopped blowing.
Hi, I've got a short to ground on the rear ac blower motor. I’ve checked the motor itself and it runs fine when i jump it Question is how is the wiring to the rear blower motor routed? Thanks Mark
first off I think you have overfilled the trans. The level on the dip stick should read one pint low when cold and idling in park.Once driven and warmed up, it should read full idling in park.Put a vacuum gage on the hose at the modulator and check for vacuum. Some models use a restrictor in the...
If you’re going to pull a 5th wheel trailer, update the driveline to use the 400 THM. As a former GM tech I’ve rebuilt both , and the 400 is far stronger.Make sure you install a trans cooler no matter which unit you use. Heat is what kills a transmission.A 400 is actually a little easier to...
Headers on a street engine that operates at a relatively low rpm range have very little effect.Headers show gains in the upper rpm ranges in most cases. That being said, use as small a primary tube as possible. It will help maintain flow velocity, which is what makes a header work.
