    Well, you'd be correct.. finally got some time to get the truck up on stands and pull the lockout covers....nothing left on the drivers side lol

    Update!!! Put a socket extension through the drivers side axle u joint, and when I turn the pinion yoke my passenger side half shaft and tire turn....but if I turn the tire by it self the axle doesn't turn....possibly just the lockouts?

    Hey guys, just picked up a 83 K10 Scottsdale. When I bought it the front drive shaft was in the tool box, so after looking through a few things I fear my trouble is more than a bad 4x4 hub. The factory auto lockouts are still in place. With all tires on the ground if I turn the pinion yoke...
