3/4 Drop - wheel fitment
i personally don't like the look of 275's on a 10" wide rim. i would do the 295's in the back on a 10" rim or go 275's if I did an 8" rim in the back. but that's just me.- EdMailhot

Shackle/hanger or lowering springs?
i wouldn't think twice about the shackles/hangers, unless you needed new springs anyway.- EdMailhot
