    Door mirror mount

LMC has the mounts for the mirror, just not sure how far back on the door it goes. I have a general idea but wanted to put it back in the factory location.

    Door mirror mount

Does anyone have the dimensions for the three bolt stainless mirrors like the one in my profile pic to be mounted on the door? I have put new doors on, and they are not drilled for the mirrors and need to do that. Thanks

    NP833 to T56

It won't work with the older small blocks without a lot of modification, that's why the F-body guys won't do it. You would have to change the input shaft, the bell housing and the clutch setup. If you use the LT1 style T56, you just use the LT1 slave setup with the LT1 flywheel and clutch.

    NP833 to T56

Check and make sure that the '92 is a 350. From the factory you could not get a T5 behind the 350. The LT1 isn't a bad engine, the Opti can cause issues but I had one with over 150k miles original Opti. What year are the LT1s? The '95s are the most desirable due to the vented Opti, little larger...

    Plug connector

Does anyone know the part number of the weather pack connector for the frame mounted fuel pump to use when doing a mechanical to electric lift pump conversion on a 6.2 diesel? I don't want to cut the connector off of the pump.

How hard is it to transplant my engine?

Ah, yes they did get the 5.3 in them, like the Trailblazers (until '06) it probably was in the 7 passenger version. The '03-04 models had the LM4 Aluminum 5.3 and the '05-'07 models got the LH6 aluminum 5.3 with DoD (that's what is in my Denali)

How hard is it to transplant my engine?

Yes, the Ascender was built on the GMT360 platform with the others.

How hard is it to transplant my engine?

Yes, one of the vehicles in my local pull-a-part that has a 5.3 is an Ascender. $200 plus tax, and that's with all the accessories.

How hard is it to transplant my engine?

Yes, the LS4 5.3s were FWD only, had no provisions for mounting in a RWD car. I went to my local pull-a-part (Knoxville Tn) and found 4 5.3s. Two in Silverado's, one in a Tahoe, and one in an Isuzu Ascender (this is the aluminum 5.3 with 799 heads, the good ones) and I can get the entire engine...

    Need better fuel mileage

Go with a 6.2 diesel...haha I got in the mid 20's in my '85 (when it was driving), but it also has 3.08 gears and is 2wd. You could always change out to a newer style LS based engine like a 5.3 or 6.0 and a 6L80 which could get you up near 20mpg.

How hard is it to transplant my engine?

The 5.3 I have in my Envoy I can average almost 22mpg with no tuning on a road trip, being 4wd as well. You can't go wrong with the newer LS style engines. These engines last and make the power as well. My 5.3 is rated at 305hp (net) the LS1 in my Trans Am is a little over 400 at the rear wheels...

    Dashpad vs Cab years

Not to mention, the hood hinges are also different on the older cabs and GM added an extra part to the cabs for the hoods

    Replacement seat upholstery

Awesome, I looked at the RPO codes and mine is a 18C, then it shows CJJ1, Charcoal Deluxe. That shows as the combo in one of the pictures you have. Thanks a bunch...that answers quite a bit of questions I had.
