    Yea this is the only part I have had trouble getting. And what the vendor is listing most of the time is incorrect. Hence I ordered two different senders with two separate descriptions and they both were the exact same.

    That’s the location This is the connector Part number through summit racing. This is the sender I purchased. Also ordered another one from summit that was exactly the same threads, which I thought was different but wasn’t. The threads are way to big to fit in that hole in the head.

    Alright fellas I have ordered two different temp senders from summit racing and both have been too big to thread in the side of the block. This is for my gauge. 87 gmc 350 sbc. If anyone could provide a part number that would be awesome!

    So from the hot post on the battery to the post on the alternator there should be a fuse and that’s it? I’m illiterate when it comes to wiring diagrams. Seems simple but I’m not really familiar with it.. also what gauge wire is recommended?

    not sure if I’m in the right forum but I’m pulling into the chic Fila parking lot and the truck shuts down and battery is dead... won’t start back up without a jump. Any ideas?? I mean the truck could run if battery is dead and I don’t think it would just shut down if the alternator was bad...

    so rookie mistake fellas. the green wire i had plugged into my oil pressure sender actually goes to my temp sender. the tan wire for my oil sender was hiding behind my distributor but i didnt realize this until after i ran a mechanical oil pressure guage! now i just need to get a couple 1/4" NPT...
