    Mine were so rusted, so I made sure to brush the wire connection. As son as I plugged it and the switch made ground with the door frame, the lights turned on.

    That’s correct, it was very easy to do. I think I spent more time searching for the part than installing it.

    Oh thanks for sharing. That gives me a good idea when I go get an estimate for mine. It looks great. I assume you didn’t have to replace the foam. Or did you?

    Yeah, I was contemplating to send a message to the admins, but I didn’t want to be too annoying. So, I may give it a few more weeks and send a message. I just want to check out the feed, pictures and all that good stuff.

    So, what I have done… As of this month/year: * I replaced the tires, went from: Front: P235 / 60R15 Rear: P295 / 50R15 To: P235 / 75R15 front and rear, it fixed the terrible wobble, that kept me from getting the truck on the road. * Replaced the door strikers, (this was annoying me a lot)...

    Wow, you guys amazed me… you really know your stuff. Yeah, my neighbor told me that the previous owner replaced the grill, so that’s it’s not the original.

    Oh that’s interesting, I didn’t think about when they stopped having the 350 emblem. I really like how the emblem looks on the grill, but if that’s the case, and the 80s models didn’t have it, I rather not put it on, and just keep it as a nice display in my garage. Thanks fellas!
