1980 GMC C-3500

This truck showed up today at the local tire shop in Sanger, TX (76266). One photo didn't take for some reason. Truck has a full steel flatbed mounted to the chassis, with correct (?) dually bed strapped on the rear. Tire guy said it has a 454, and supposedly runs well. I don't know the owner or know anything about the truck. I would be glad to go take more photos of whatever angle you want. I can't take any photos of the underside, because while I can get down on the ground, I can't get back up!

Like I've said before, it's trucks like those that get my going. Sure the restored trucks are nice to look at but a truck like this one. Man I just wanna get in it and haul a load!

I hadn't noticed those until you pointed them out. Sharp eyes. Were those an option in 1980, or part of one of the upgrade options?

Those came with the stereo radio option IIRC and 1980 only.

Also meant no map pockets although they could have been mounted lower on the door.
