If you only have one tank installed, you could just eliminate the solenoid and just install hoses from the existing tank to the fuel lines going up to the pump. Replace old pump or keep it?
I've rebuilt the pump, hydroboost, and steering box on mine. They aren't hard, you just have to pay attention to the details. I think the steering box was the scariest out of the bunch since if you mess that up you could lock up your steering mid turn. I tested the crap out of it before I...- SlickGTP

73 cheyenne super 10 advice with a terrible engine swap.
You need to plug that large vacuum port on the front of the carburetor and I would go for one of the thick carb to intake gaskets. They're about a 1/4" thick or so and would help to keep the carb from heating up too much. Something like this...- SlickGTP
