Most exterior stuff is stock stuff like the roof rack, rear spoiler, I’ve seen those steps and fender flare system before on regular models

Yeah, nothing 'rare' about it at all. It's just in really good shape. It's just like a common conversion van, but a Suburban instead. They are out there.
