Window on 91 suburban off track

Hi,
Can anyone help me out with the pass window on my 91suburban? The pass manual window jumps out of the front track when I roll it down a third of th way, the further it goes the more it goes out, it all started after I greased the sun gear and nylon rollers. Is it easy to take out that assembly as I bought a new regulator.

The track is adjustable. Take the door panel off and you'll see what I mean. Sometimes the little spot weld comes apart there too, just put another spot on it.
