I have no clue about the rim, butvthat center cap looks like a US indy style cap. I'd say those are US Indy mags of some form.

Looks to me to be one of the HHR rims. I have a couple at the ranch left over from our 2011 HHR, I'll snap a couple of photos of them. I'm reading the tire size of 235/65 R16. Is that correct?
