Use rear seat in front??

There is a great many used rear seats in pristine condition available, way more so than fronts.
As my '84 C10 has humpy floors due to dual tanks, use of electric seats is pretty much out as they be too tall.
How doable would it be to repurpose a rear seat from a crew cab or 'burban into the front by swapping mounting hardware and sliders??

Have any of y'all done such a crazy thing??

I haven't swapped them myself, but it's supposed to be a simple swap using the rear seat from a crew cab. A second row Burb seat won't work, it's a multi-piece fold/tumble type setup.

Moved the rear seat in my dually to the front. Only had the bend the front tabs to the floor. Bolted right in. Don’t think a single cab would be any different.

Floor tabs? Did you leave it as a stationary seat?
