Does anyone know how to remove the A arm shaft upper and lower with out screwing them up? And how do you remove the rubber bushing from the outer shell? I have all new Polyurethane Bushings, but they reuse the outer shell. I have the Control arms out of the truck, going to replace everything while I have them out, and lower the front with drop spindles and up grade the brakes, and rotors.

IDK. Ive never tried to remove the shafts with out removing the all of the bushings as I always replaced the entire thing. Tire shop might be able to press out the bushings and remove the shafts so that you could still use the sleeve portion of the bushings.

I have looked all over the net and can't find anything about how to remove the cross shaft without tearing it up or cutting them out. I might try to burn the rubber out all I need is the outer shell for the bushing.

Also keep in mind. The 1/2 ton shafts are different from the 3/4 and 1 ton shafts. Beleive it or not, the 3/4 and 1 tons are much easier than the 1/2 ton shafts. The 3/4 and 1 ton will usually last much longer too cuz the bushing is totally incased and not directly exposed to the elements.
