You mean the besides need pulled in to match the front panel? Or are they misaligned height-wise also? Got pictures?

Ratchet strap across the top from stake pocket to stake pocket?

Aftermarket panel? Is it possible that the bedsides don't need to come in much, just the holes are punched in the wrong spot? Or do the flanges not overlap enough?

For more pulling power you need a come along. You can get cable or web type. Chain type for even more pulling power. I prefer the web type, more convenient to use, but cost more than the cable type.

You must be registered for see images attach

The chain type are called a coffing hoist, and people call both types either name.
