TBH 400 Question

I have a Turbo 400 in a 87 C30. The truck originally came with a TBI small block, but the engine has an extra hole in the block. Regardless I am planning on putting a carburetor big block in the truck. Now my question is what do I have to do to the transmission so it works properly with the big block?

Nothing major, maybe a 6 bolt converter.

Unless your installing a really stout big block, the trans will live as is. If it worked well, and is in good shape it will be fine.

A TransGo shift kit will go along way to ensuring the trans continues to work well. They are pretty easy to install.
