I don’t know what the name is, but this chrome piece has been hanging for 4 years. How do I fix?

The one I pulled was held on with double sided foam tape, like they use for trim. Reinstalled it with the same and seems to work fine.

Two-sided tape.

As-if ! ALL TAPE doesn't have two sides ? but look , I didn't name the stuff!
