Striping to its needs

Hey I recently purchased a 6.2 diesel and would like to strip all the crap off it that it doesn't need to run. Problem is I've never worked on a diesel before I have worked on a few gasers so I know the basics behind a diesel but there are a few things on this engine that I have no idea what there for. If anyone knows a YouTube video or a thread with pictures that can walk me through the process I would be grateful.

Hit up the forums over at TheDieselPlace for tons of info on the 6.2.

There isnt alot to make them run, not alot to strip off already...
