I finally got it hauled home! It had one flat and off the bead tire and the other ones were holding air. It had sunk into the ground a little bit, but my Trailblazer pulled it out easy in 4Lo.

    Where it was:

I've got the throttle body off and apart and Ho Lee Fuk. No wonder this thing wasn't getting fuel, the injector pods had lots of corrosion and there was this shit that looked like some sort of mold in the fuel paths in the feed side. I'm going to soak the TB parts overnight and reassemble once they're dry.

Also I got all the stuff to do an oil change, coolant change and an air filter for it too. I hope it fires right up once I'm done.

Had to order a new set of injectors, old ones were dead. Found a screaming deal on Rock Auto for AC Delcos (Wholesale Closeout FTW). The wagon wheels I have are 16.5" so I need to get a full set of 16" because tires for those are half the cost and the 16.5s are dry rotted. I know there's enough wheels up there for a full set, but I didn't grab them.

Its got 1 16 with the dog dish and 5 more dog dishes I found with the bowtie. Other ones up there were a full set of GMC dog dishes and a set of 4x4 fronts. There is also a rust free core support and fenders along with a brown Chevy tailgate up there I'd sell.

Oh yeah, the RPO codes point to this being a 350 TBI, TH400, 4.10 gears, 9000lb Hydroboost brakes, LT235-85-R16 Load range E, Cab and chassis, Stainless mirrors and front bumper, Linen white with a blue interior.

That's a cool truck! I'd love to find an 1-ton for a project someday.

Thanks, I'm gonna take one or two of my wheel covers in tonight with me at work to clean up since I get really bored there (and spend way too much time on forums). Already sourced the 16" wheels, my Mom is heading back up north this weekend so she will be able to pick them up (my grandad's property, where we got the truck) and bring them down in her car.

How would it be rare? Because its a no option base model?

    D1V - CBS/Viacom Fleet incentive

E6D - COUNTRY, GAZA (What the?????)

    JB8 - 10,000Lb Brakes

    TP2 - Auxillary Battery

    V73 - Vehicle Statement, USA/Canada

I picked only some codes that came up as unusual combination.

Maybe Jay can weigh in on this?

Most every '88-'91 square you see is a Burb, K5, or a crew cab. And of the cab and chassis trucks, most were duallies.

Oh, well this one was optioned as a single wheel, I don't know if the 1 tons had moved to the GMT400 in 88, I've never seen one that I remember.
