I'm new to the this forum and figured I would give it a shot.

My truck started to make this noise that I just could not stand. It makes a clatter/ ticking noise while the engine is under load. I replaced the throw out bearing and it didnt change a thing. It also makes a knocking noise at idle.

If anyone knows what is wrong with it I would greatly appreciate your help.

Yes the oil is full and looks fine.

Here is a video of the noise.

Try holding the tension on the shifter and see if noise stops, I had to rebuild the top of my tranny because the forks were worn out causing it to clatter

Just tried what you suggested and it still makes the same noise.

Yes it was some bad spark knock. Retarded it a bit and it was quiet.
