At first I thought he was talking about the cooling system. But that's not it. In fact, does it even have a cooling system?

Oh well, at least it will have really big exhaust valves.

This was first done on flathead fords and buick nailheads. The nailheads had a somewhat poor design of the exhaust valve routing, so if you used a custom ground cam to use the intake for the exhaust and the exhaust for the intake and put a supercharger on it it would force more air into the poor flowing exhaust ports and make better power.
