The bright trim in the front and rear window seal has shrunk over the years and I would like to replace the trim. Can it be done without removing the window?

Yes, it's easy to pull out, the trick is to get the new trim back in. There is a special installation tool for that. Takes some practice to use it properly.
Any auto glass shop should be able to do that job.

Yes that’s what I have used several times. It may take a little practice the first time, but it works great.

Anyone know of installation instructions on this? Mine came in 1 large strip. Do you cut it to length to get the corner pcs in, or do those pcs fit over the strip? I understand 1 corner but don’t know how the other corner would fit.

Joshua,
I just replaced the chrome strip on mine last week. Gotta have the tool mentioned above. I used spray detailer to "slick up" the track.
It's easy to do, just take it slow and DON'T pry down on the chrome strip.
Also, Brother's Parts on YouTube has good videos for this.
BTW......... I'm in Desoto county.
