I have a 78 c10 with the ”hd” suspension option. So far it’s lowered 2 inches in the rear with shackles and I like the look, although I wouldn’t mind another inch or so in the rear. My main concern is the ride quality. Up front it has all new bushings and shocks all the way around but those damn rear leafs are killing me. The pack has a total of 8 springs and I’d like to go back to stock or maybe a leaf or 2 less. I’m not concerned about ruining an “original” hd leaf pack, the truck is called frank after Frankenstein because nothing on it is orininal but the cab and frame. If anyone could point me to a good guide on how to take apart these leaf packs and pull a couple out that’d be great

Also I realize a new pack isn’t that much but honestly I can’t spend any cash, the 20 bucks or so the bolts will cost is already pushing it haha
