Ok, I’m relatively new to sheet metal replacement on square bodies, I have a 1991 gmc R1500 with some rust in the rear wheel houses where they meet the side panels. I took the pass wheel off today to have a look and the whole area has rusted through so I can now see the cargo area. I wanted to ask how to do a replacement of the rusted area. I looked online and couldn’t find patch panels for this particular wagon. Overall the wagon runs great and I’d like to keep it but I don’t want to have it keep rusting. I bought the four patch panels for the outside bottom of the rear wheel openings because they will rust through pretty soon as well. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Dennis

Unfortunately, new replacement inner wheel tubs for Suburbans do not exist. They are very different from pickup and K5 wheel tubs too. It's extremely frustrating too, because they are usually the first part to start rusting on a Burb.
