Rear Step Bumper For Stepside???

Does anybody know where I could get a rear STEP bumper for a Stepside? I've looked all over and can only find the wider ones for fleetsides... Any advice would be a great help.

*Bonus points if you can find one with integrated reverse lights like this one!*

I have a brand new little one, its for a ranger, but ive thought about seeing if it fits squares or gmt400's.
No backup lights.
