I was wondering if the rear wheel cylinders of corporate 12-bolt and 10-bolt rear ends are the same? Might need to swap my 12-bolt wheel cylinders on the blue truck if they are leaking on the blue truck like I think they are, if they're the same?

If there the same ton ratio then I would think so. Go to rockauto.com and compare the replacements.

I'm almost positive that everything from the backing plates outward is the same.

That's good news on another front, a buddy need a brake drum and we weren't sure whether or not they were the same without tearing his down, maybe I can swap him one for some other part I need...

I don't think its the rear end type that matters. What matters is is the JB3, JB4, JB5 etc. The brake type is what matters I'm pretty sure which is decided by the backing plate. I'd assume they are likley the same and I'd be suprised if they aren't.
