Hello!

I have an 85 GMC K15 with factory rally wheels but no trim rings or center caps. Looking at LMC, they offer 2” wide or 3” wide trim rings. Does anyone know what width ring the truck would have had from the factory?

Has anyone bought new rings and center caps from LMC?
If so, were you pleased with the quality?

Thanks,
Waylon

I found center caps on ebay....some I had to pass on but found a total of 4 that just needed a little polishing . I didnt want the plastic centers
For me well worth the time and effort to have originals

Crappy pic, but I believe the answer is you need the 3" ones.

This is off my 80 K15 Sub.

There are 2 different rings. Thicker one's and the thinner ones. I have the thinner one's like Britt has on his.

94 bucks for 4.

My pic shows the 3 inch - hard to take a pic holding a tape and hit the button on the phone with the other ! :)

I think the 2wd ralley wheels probably had the narrower rings.

The ONLY THING I have left of the old '77 Sub  are three of the original beauty rings.

Hanging out in the garage.

IIRC, I lost one mudding and it was too expensive to replace, so I took the others off.

Spares for Goldie - can't loctite the rings on like you can the bolts for the center caps.

Which one came off the '77 and I got into an argument with the dealership parts guy.

"They never made 'em like that. "

Really ? Want to come see the one that is still there ( rear ) , ya fumbduck ?

Good info here!
Thank you all!

I’m curious as to why the rings at Classic say they are for reproduction rally’s only.
