I need a Radiator for my 84 K10. 305, It has air, and automatic trans. Someone decided to help themselves to my radiator that was setting outside ( most likely scrappers ) what is a good Radiator to use? I don't see copper radiators anymore. I don't what to spend a fortune , I'm not going to race it! But I don't want over heating ether .

Iirc, mine is a Modine that I got from NAPA. The first one was installed in late '06 and it started leaking around '12 or so. It was under warranty and I got a new one for free. It is still installed, but now it has to cool down a 454 rather than the 305 and it does fine.

It's just a basic aluminum/plastic unit.

I am a big fan of the original design copper/brass radiators. I do not like the aluminium radiators. Never had an over heating problem with a OEM style radiator. Finding a good used one...
